category icon What do you do with email detected as spam or virii?

By default, email detected as spam is filtered into the "Junk" mail folder within your webmail.
It is the user's responsibility to regularly monitor the contents of the "Junk" folder to ensure their mailbox does not fill up. Spam filtering can be managed from the webmail interface, you can view details on how to do this at with our Manage Spam Filtering tutorial.

Any email detected with virii is rejected and bounced back to sender, it will not be delivered nor quarantined.
