I/O Usage (input/output) represents how much I/O (read/write disk activity) your account has available to it.
- Entry processes (Concurrent connections)

Entry Processes is the number of processes that enter your account this is also known as "Apache concurrent connections".
As an example every PHP page that is accessed by a user will normally generate a single entry process.
This is not to be confused with the amount of visitors you can have on your site at once, as a visitor accesses your site it will generate an entry process.
These usually end very quickly so it's extremely unlikely that 10 will be generated concurrently at the same time unless you have an exceptionally large amount of simultaneous visitors on your website at the same time.
