What file extensions do you block?
For security we impose a filter on certain file types to protect customers from some more common potential viruses.
If our mail services receive an email with an attachment ending in any of the below extensions Host-it will automatically reject the email back to sender.
The following is a list of blocked file extensions as of January 2014.

If you do have a legitimate reason to send an email with a file ending in one of the above named extensions then you can send them enclosed within a zipped format.
