Using Our Nameservers
If you already have a domain name that you are going to use for your hosting order with us, then you will need to link the domain into our systems so that we can provide you with the relevant hosting services that you have chosen.
The easiest way to achieve this is to delegate your domain name to us, which effectively means leaving the domain with the existing domain name registration provider for any future renewals, but instructing them or changing within your domain control panel with them, the "Name Server Delegation" for your domain to point to our name servers.
Note: Before conducting any delegation of your domain to our name servers, you should ensure that you have signed up for a package with us that includes the exact same domain name, without any spelling mistakes and that you have received the Activation emails that confirms the servers are set-up and ready to accept your domain, although you should also consider at that point in creating your email settings within your new Domain Control Panel with us, so that mail will be accepted the moment it arrives after you have conducted your name server delegation.
If you do not have the email settings applied in your domain control panel with us when mail starts to arrive, then it will be returned as 'User Unknown'. You may also wish to upload a copy of your website to us too, firstly to ensure it runs ok on our servers and also to ensure there is minimal downtime when the nameserver changes are made. You can set-up a test url on the site to test the files that have been uploaded. Contact our support dept for further information on this.
When you are ready to delegate your domain name to us, then use the following details:
