category icon Do you greylist? Can I turn it off?

Yes, we greylist. We find it an effective method to combat spam.
Greylisting rejects an email back to the sending email server with a 4xx temporary code. The idea is that an RFC compliant mail server will note that it's temporary rejection code only and retry after x amount of seconds. After x amount of successful greylists, the sending mailserver gets added to a whitelist.
Spam bots and code dont generally use mailservers and use very poor, non rfc compliant code and wont bother retrying after the 4xx code is sent.
If you're having problems with greylisting contact support.
